What goes into a brief
A little about you, then about them: their name, your relationship, age range and where they live.
The occasion, when you need it by, your budget and how flexible it is.
Who they are: their style and lifestyle, interests, anything to avoid, social links if you're happy to share, and the values that matter to them.
What you receive
Three tailored ideas, delivered by email. Each one includes a link to buy and a short explanation of why it suits the person, so you can choose with confidence.
Turnaround
Single Gift: by the end of the next working day for briefs received by 2pm, Monday to Friday.
Gift Calendar: a reminder three weeks before each date, then the same turnaround once your brief is in.
Concierge: agreed with you for each gift, with time allowed for buying, wrapping and delivery.
