You add up to five key dates when you join. Three weeks before each one, we email you a reminder with a link to your brief. Complete it and Emily sends three tailored ideas in good time.

You add up to ten key dates when you join. Three weeks before each one, Emily contacts you to confirm the budget and details. Once you've approved and paid the budget, she chooses, buys, wraps and sends the gift.

Yes. Email hello@giftsbyemily.com and we'll update them.

No. Our fee covers Emily's time and expertise; you buy the gift, or on Concierge, pay the budget upfront.

Tell us what missed within 14 days and Emily will send three new ideas within two working days, free of charge.

You can cancel for a full refund before your ideas are delivered. Once they are delivered we don't offer refunds, but if the first ideas miss, Emily will send a fresh set free. Gift Calendar and Concierge can be cancelled any time to stop renewal, and unspent Concierge budget is always returned. Full details are in our terms.
